How to make money by buying things in car boot sales.

How to do it.

This is how.
If you’re trying to make some extra money at the moment, then you will be thinking about anything and everything that you could do in order to make every one of your pennies count.

You’re probably no stranger to selling your belongings online, and this is something that a lot of money experts advise that you do if you’re needing to make some extra money and if you don’t have all that much time in order to do it. The only downside to that is that your belongings are limitless, and this might mean that you run out of things to sell before you’ve made enough money.
If you live in the UK, there will probably be a car boot sale near to your house every Sunday morning. If you live in the US, garage sales might be more common. Wherever you are from, you will find that such events are fantastic places for you to be able to bag a bargain.

Carboot sales often sell books, CDs, DVDs and computer games for as little as 5p for a book and 50p for a computer game. People do this so that they can make a small amount of money from clearing out their house, however you might find that you are able to make more than they did by buying it from them and then selling it for yourself online.
You should do your research first and see just how much certain items can be sold for. Books can be sold for anything between £1-£3, meaning that if you can get hold of some for 50p then you will almost certainly be able to make a profit from them. Online auction websites occasionally offer free listings on some days, so if you try to find these then it means that you would be able to keep all of your profits for yourself rather than having to give any of them away if you don’t have to.

You can also barter with the stall holder, and they might agree to let you have an item free of charge if you buy a number of things from them.

I never thought about reselling stuff at these sales. They have them near me called tailgate sales, although some people do get greedy and over price their things, others have good value.
