Meal Planning to Save Money and Burn Fats

Meal planning is the best way to reduce your way and burn fats. When you know how much you eat and how much calories in your food, you can decide your exercise hours.

That in addition to saving money when you know how much you pays for each meal. Tow in one.

Make a note of each meal you eat and its content:
how many calories in the food
how many meals you ate?
how much each meal cost?

There are cheap meals but they are high in calories, so do not go for the low fats, or the food that helps you to burn fats. Mix your food, eat vegetables and meats both are needed to eat good meals.
Make your food at home, prepare different types to you eat all the needed vitamins.
Eat soup on a daily basis, it has less calories and will make you some how full before you start the meal.

There are some foods that burn fats. Add them to your food.
If you plan it you will burn fats, lose weight and save money.
