As electricity and water prices rise due to the current economic situation we have in England it is important or sometimes even required that we try to save money. I have included some tips and tricks for doing this with Water and Electricity.

Save Money On Water

Lots, of us take water for granted and do not think about the people who do not have any or very little water to drink or just generally use.

Nevertheless, water can be quite expensive and times and by cutting down on the water we use we are also helping save water for those who need it most.

Some simple ways you can save water are:

  • Turn the tap right off when your not using it and make sure it does not drip
  • Have less amount of water in the bath
  • Wash your car only 1 time per month not every week
  • Weird, but do not over water any plants
  • Do not play with water

Save Money On Electricity

Electricity is extremely expensive at the current rates and prices are always getting higher. So it is important you save money on Electricity.
Here are some quick tips on saving money with Electricity:

  • Don't leave things on stand-by always completely turn them off
  • Never leave your computer on all the time during the day or night
  • [*[Charge your computer whilst your using it not when your not using it
  • Change to re-chargeable batteries
  • When you are a way for more than 2 days switch things off from the plug
