A few stocks that I have been looking at that have some potential to go up.

Potential Stocks: I've got a feeling......

I'm not a risky investor. There I said it. If I continue with this mantra I might finally start to believe it. The truth is that I'm not so sure that there is a stock market investment that isn't risky. That being said, some definitely have more risk than others. If you check my Potential Investment Stocks Part 1 article you'll find a few quality stocks that pay a healthy dividend and should perform well.....I hope.

The stocks that I'm looking at today don't have the same degree of certainty. They don't have a big dividend so IF a person chose to purchase these, they would definitely be banking exclusively on these stocks going up. They are a bit volitile but I think that there is some potential.

Here they are

1.) Nesscap (NCE) Nesscap is the first Korean company to list on the TMX venture exchange. It is a promissing company that builds ultracapacitors which are super efficient batteries. The company is listed in the Global Cleantech top 10 and in my opinion, it seems to have some home run potential. I wouldn't bet the farm on this but there may be an opportunity for some pretty good returns.

2.) St. Joe Company (JOE) The St. Joe Company is one of if not the largest land owners in Florida. This company is currently trading at around $26 and has $60 potential when the US housing market begins to heat up. In the last month it's climbed about $2 and I believe that again there is potential here.

Well, there you have it 2 stocks that in my opinion have some potential. One is a brand new company with a new technology and the other is a real estate giant. What a difference!

As with any stock, please do the research before you purchase. These are simply my opinions so take them for what they are and please feel free to comment below.

All the best!
